We specialize in SCSU Student Apartments and own and operate the property so you don't have a management company to deal with. We have an onsite office open Monday - Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM during the school year. Our apartments are clean and spacious with large living rooms and a unique double sink bathroom vanity and 2 showers. Each Apartment has central AC and heating, along with 70 channels of FREE charter communications TV.

We also offer SCSU's only PLASMA HDTV SUITES.

These units are standard with a 42" wall mounted Panasonic Plasma HDTV
